Game Store and Book Store are subsidiaries of Store, the name of a chain of shopping centres that were bought out by Amazon.

We’ve got something similar in the UK, only the umbrella company is called Shop.
The weird things are, if a lot in a particular precinct is a branch of Shop, then EVERY lot at that particular precinct is a branch of Shop, and the only precincts which seem to have branches of Shop are ones that would have been built (or rebuilt) in alternate future timelines.
